I have read the forum a bit, and would ask some things:

1.-How does the dropships will work in game? as bases, deploying units at battleground, will have defensive weapons? will both clan and IS have dropships?

2.- Mech movement will be similar to steelbatallion, but will transfer speed sensation of 70kmh on heavy mechs or, for example, in a 100kmh Raven?

3.-Have a list of electronics, armours, engines, cammos and so for be included at mechlab?

4.- Special cameras:
Aim from arms moving it regardless from torso?
Shoting downward in a jump with a limited ground camera?
Rear camera?

They will be used as defensive bases only. You wont be able to move them around during battle. IIRC both will have drop ships depending on the map and mission.

Not sure what you mean with that but game engine is supposed to be real. Planes did look rather slow but since mechs are lower on the ground the feeling might be different.

There will be no real mechlab. Mechs might have some optional weapon mounts but you will not be able to customize them as freely as in Mech4 for example - balance is a bitch Wink

- Aiming will be locked, not as in Mech 3 where you control the aiming separately from mechs movement.
- You might have to aim down - not sure if there will be a down camera
- ditto - unsure but there might be 3rd person

Good Cheesy Not sure if I answered all correctly since it's all still forum information. Who knows what the devs are going to add to the final product.

Cheers,

Thanks, with mech movement I was trying to ask if they will apparently fast (as a Loki of 90kmh can be) in addition of heavy-weight-machine aspect. Im refering to animation movements, because I dislike the slow movements of steelbatallion mechs.

The mech movement could be fast and heavy in both terms. Sounds can help, walking tremor transferred to the cabin...
If you pilot a light, you must feel sensation of speed.

Well because of their long stride they don't really have to move fast to cover alot of ground so the animation doesn't play all that fast but each mech has its own feel.
