Basic description
The Awesome has been a long time favorite ’Mech among the armies of the Inner Sphere and so its Marik designers have been reluctant to change it. However, since the invasion of the Clans, there has been heavy need of this model.
Before deploying this unit against the Clans, Marik engineers changed some of the weapon systems on it. Now set with 3 PPCs and a Large Beam Laser for quicker recycle time, the Awesome is ready to pound down the Clanners and drive them back to the Periphery.
Outline
The Awesome is well, just that – Awesome. Players will come to find that this assault model to be the lowest in cost but can’t be undervalued. Bulky armor and the speed to keep up with heavy class Mechs, the Awesome makes for a great machine. Of course the Player must keep in minds that like other energy only Mechs, the Awesome isn’t quite so awesome at heat management.
