  • 2 LRM 20s (16 salvos each)

Basic description
The Catapult was first constructed back in the Star League era, but to this day the chassis is still being used. Updated and upgraded by House Liao, this long range support ’Mech provides the firepower needed to soften enemy targets and even destroy them at range.
Proven effective with its upgrade LRM 20 slots on each arm, many a foe has come to fear the constant missile alarms going off when the Catapult is around.
When engaged at close range, the Catapult can utilize its Quad-Medium Lasers to quickly dispatch any light vehicle that tries to engage it. But because it was designed for fire support, the Catapult lacks effective anti-infantry defenses.

Outline
Players will find the Catapult extremely effective as a long range fire support platform across open terrain. Also equipped with Jump Jets, the Catapult may find a place high up on a cliff and rain down LRMs on the enemy. In tight situations, the Player will find the 4 Medium Lasers as a decent defense against any lightly armored targets.
