Or not thinking to log in over a weekend and finding it had been released late on a Friday. 

At least the downloads won't be congested by then.   

Speaking of which, I really hope torrent distribution is considered.  This is a pretty dedicated community, and I imagine a large percentage of people would be willing to seed, at least for the first weekend or week.  That could certainly alleviate bandwidth costs.
Well, wait, are you guys going to release it on here or have it be downloaded through ModDb, or MegaUpload, or something like that?

As I've said earlier around here, yes, we will be getting in touch with the same large mirror sites that hosted the TIA-Minimod and will even have a couple of additional mirrors.

Hello all,

   I'm making my first post on this Forum as I have been reading everything for awhile now.

I have played every Mech game that has come out from the original to the last mech pak released by Mektek.

I am loyal to Clan Jade Wolf. and my fellow Clansman are just as excited as I am for this mod to come out.

So just thought I would drop in and say Hi. I am looking forward to seeing all of you on the field of battle.

I so hope they can get a beta or something out before christmas. this thing looks sweet.

Sounds like a good idea for an advent calendar. I'll look into getting something like that ready starting December 1st.
