Something to pass the time
« on: January 31, 2009, 09:13:38 PM »
If you haven't tried it before, a fun (and rather cheap) little game called Audiosurf.  A puzzle game where the tracks are generated according to the music you choose, with variations on game mode according to the ship type you choose.  A demo was around for a while, dunno if it's still available or not now.

If you are bored, it's a pretty fun game.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZzJ3QB-YKU is a short gameplay vid, if you are interested.

Asides from this game, tf2 and l4d, I don't play a whole lot of other games these days (asides from a short mechwarrior 2/4 revival stint recently.)

Picked it up on sale from Steam for $1.99.  I would have easily paid $20 if I knew how good it was beforehand.  My 3 year old loves to sit on my lap and watch while listening to RHCP.
