Hello Noelker,

Thank you for your application.  We are not currently seeking any additional voice actor talent but I will keep your application on file for future reference should the need arise.

Not that I expect my post to carry any weight, but having male AND female voice options (like the crysis suit) would be interesting, it wouldn't hurt to have him try out for the male version of the 1-2 voice clips we currently have, right? (On a side note, where would you put the option for male/female cockpit voice?)

There is no option to change voices in the cockpit since we have no code to do that :)

If we were to entertain the option for an alternate "Betty" cockpit voice it would be to accommodate an alternate language (German currently leads the pack).  At present, there are no immediate plans for doing this and it probably won't be revisited until we near feature-completeness.  As it is now, there will be more Betty voice elements added in coming updates to backfill current voice vacancies and to accompany new features.

Thanks for the replies.  I know it's a bit of a shot in the dark, but I'm trying to make my way into animation/video games after being told how distinct (i.e. strange) and hard to market my voice is for commercials, and industrial work has quieted down for now.  If it helps, German was one of my majors in school, I lived there for a summer, and I did one VO in German.  (It was weird, though.  I voiced over women with drug problems in the first person.)  But yea man, just let me know, I'm happy to help.
