Are the weapon damage numbers correct for lasers? They seem incredibly low (especially with the description of how the time vs. damage works, I think it is supposed to be the opposite way.)
i.e. If you have a laser dealing 30 damage over 3 seconds, but only manage to keep it on target for 1 second, then you do 30 damage. If you keep it on them for all 3 seconds, then you do 90 damage (30*3).
Maybe a decimal point is out of place? I dunno, but when a Gauss rifle is doing 1800 damage, I just can't see a 6 CERLBL Novacat competing with such low numbers.
